Ok, I know. Sorry for the half-naked risque bzns and if this took you by surprise. Still kinda getting over how I’m actually posting it for the public to see! >_< But I really feel these progress photos will help me stay motivated.
Onto srs bzns - my meals have consisted of oatmeal, Kashi cereal, tuna sandwiches, different variations of salad, chicken, the occassional sashimi, Kashi bars (for snacks), and fruits and veggies. Been cutting my carbs, fats, and sugars. However I will have my cheat days (the weekends) so I won’t go crazy, lol. Lifting has been going well. I can already see changes since my last post, not just to my arm and shoulder muscles but to my body overall. I’ve lost fat, gotten stronger, and am very pleased. :) Gonna keep pushin’!
